Robbery at Kamloops Gas Station

Kamloops RCMP are looking for a suspect after robbery at Petro Canada on Monday.

They were called to a report of a robbery at the 10th Avenue Petro Canada at about 9:20 p.m. on February 8.

A man entered the store, demanding cash and cigarettes from the clerk. He told the clerk he had a gun, but didn’t show it.

The clerk was not injured during the incident.

The man is described as being First Nations, approximately six feet tall, with a thin build. He was wearing dark clothing and white running shoes at the time. The jacket worn by the suspect had a Can Am West logo on the front of it.

RCMP are continuing to investigate this robbery and are asking anyone who may have information to call the Kamloops Detachment at (250)828-3000 or Crime Stoppers, if you wish to remain anonymous.
