The BC Coroners Service have confirmed the identity of the man who died after a crash on February 6, 2016.
Austin Logan Schmidt, 19, of Chase was declared deceased at the scene of the head-on collision incident.
According to the BC Coroners Service, Schmidt crashed his dirt-bike into a semi-trailer unit on Highway 1 around 9:30 a.m, in Chase.
The BC Coroners Service and RCMP continue to investigate the death.
