COVID-19 exposures continue to pop up in the Interior and Kamloops is starting to feel the brunt of it.

After two employees at the local Home Hardware tested positive for the virus last week, the store has confirmed a third carrier.

According to owner Rick Kurzac, the employee last worked in the store on Nov. 6. They were in the paint section during the hours of 8 am and 3:30 pm.

The affected person and anyone they've been in contact with are now self-isolating. A deep clean of the store has already been complete and contact tracing is underway.

Though the store was closed until Nov. 12, it is open now. For more from Home Hardware, click here
