Dozens of wildfires struck B.C. last night including one near Kamloops.

According to B.C. Wildfire Services, the wildfire is approximately west of Tunkwa Lake, about 28 km southwest of Kamloops.
Evidence suggests that the fire was started due to a lightning strike.
The fire is currently being categorized as out of control and is estimated to be 20 hectares in size.
There are currently 21 firefighters, one air tanker and helicopters on scene to support the suppression of the fire.
