The Kelowna Farmers' and Crafters' Market has seen a huge evolution since it began in 1995. Some of the original vendors are still there, but their number has increased from only ten to over 165. The market's 20th birthday was celebrated in style on Saturday, June 27th, with a 4x8 foot cake smothered in 1200 strawberries as well as the attendance of local dignitaries and market founders. Lauren Hjalmarson was on location and has the story.
