Aerosmith may have rocked Prospera Place on Monday night but it’s the warm-up show that has people all over the Okanagan talking.
Frontman Steven Tyler took to downtown Kelowna Monday afternoon to play one of the Parks Alive! public pianos. Tyler played a few bars of Dream On for a few lucky people in attendance. He chatted with a few fans before being whisked away by his entourage. The surprise moment was captured on cellphone video and has since gone viral.
Later that evening, Aerosmith took to the stage at Prospera Place and incorporated footage of the downtown show into the introduction of Dream On. The sold out show had fans on their feet as they listened to songs such as Cryin, Love in an Elevator, and Let the Music do the Talking.
