Kalayra Angelyys is a culinary master when it comes to frozen treats. She can make ice cream, gelato, sorbet, frozen yogurt, and even a version of these for dogs! She caters events and does pop-up shops, using liquid nitrogen to freeze fresh flavours instantly.
Lauren Hjalmarson visited Kalayra's pop-up shop at Third Space Coffee and put together this video of the experience. The Ice Cream Artisan will be located at Third Space every Friday afternoon from July 24th until at least August 14th.
