Kelowna Piano Vandalized in Stuart Park

Only a few weeks after the Pianos in the Park initiative was launched, someone has sadly vandalized one of the creatively designed instruments in Stuart Park.

The piano was found covered by a large, black blanket Monday morning, with the piano bench nowhere in sight and splinters of wood lying in its place.

The Pianos in the Park program was first launched on Thursday, June 11th and features five pianos in popular areas of the city.

The pianos have garnered a lot of attention, and even had Aerosmith front-runner Steven Tyler a little interested
