A very unique looking boat has been spotted on Okanagan Lake, and it is a mystery as to whom it may belong to.

Early Monday morning, the powerboat was spotted racing up and down Okanagan Lake in what appeared to be a test run. The estimated 40-foot boat was being photographed and has a very unique design and rear features.

Equipped with what appears to be cameras and a low profile, the speedboat looks like something straight out of a spy movie. Obviously not a pleasure craft and with no identifiable markings, it is appears that this boat is a special order, for a special customer.

The owner of the military-looking boat is unclear, but KelownaNow has reached out to several local boat designers to find out if the unique craft belongs to them. In the meantime, the boat remains a mystery, but it is clearly something out of this world and an odd sight to see on Okanagan Lake.
