Line-up announced for Kelowna's Center of Gravity

The line-for this summer’s Center of Gravity festival has been announced and it includes over 30 of today’s hottest artists.

Headlining the festival will be eight time Grammy Award winner Skrillex, Dutch DJ/producer Afrojack, and hip hop legend Ice Cube. The event will return to Kelowna’s City Park from Fri, July 8 through Sun, July 10 and include musical acts, international athletes including sports such as beach volleyball, basketball, wakboarding, skateboarding, and more.

“Festivals have an amazing way of creating powerful connections and shared experiences between likeminded people. It has been a great journey seeing MECOG grow. I’m thrilled to see the level of talent we have been able to attract for this year’s festival,” said festival founder, Scott Emslie.

Tickets for the festival will go one sale Thurs, April 14 at 10 a.m. and for the early bird weekend pass, prices will start at $169.95 plus tax. To receive an early bird pricing presale code text MECOGK to 393939 Tickets will go on sale to the general public on Fri, April 15 at 10 a.m. online.

This is the ninth year Monster Energy Center of Gravity (MECOG) will hit the beach in Kelowna and more than 30,000 attendee are expected to flood the festival. With four stages of live music, MECOG will feature electronic, urban, and other live music over the three days.
