Someone in Kelowna is $500,000 richer after matching all the numbers in this weekend’s Extra on the Lotto 6/49 game.

According to BCLC, the $5 million Lotto 6/49 prize was won by a single ticket holder in Ontario, but the grand prize for the Extra was won in Kelowna. The lucky ticket holder matched all four numbers in the Saturday draw and will take home the massive prize.

The winner has yet to come forward but once they do the ticket holder will be identified by BCLC. The Okanagan has had a slew of winner recently as a number of million dollar lottery tickets have been purchased in Kelowna, Vernon and West Kelowna.
