Canada Post mailboxes targeted in Lake Country

Canada Post employees recently went to deliver mail to super boxes in Lake Country and found that someone had tampered with the boxes.

On July 26, employees attended to the super boxes in the 11800 block of Okanagan Road West to find them broken into. According to police, the mail was strewn about the ground and some left within the mailboxes.

It is unknown if the suspects took any mail or if it was just an act of mischief

Lake Country RCMP are looking to speak with anyone that may have information about the vandalism and possible theft. If you think you may know something about this crime or witnessed it, you are asked to contact the RCMP or Crimes Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.
