Get ready for the most positive month of the year.

KelownaNow is teaming up with some amazing community partners to bring you The Gratitude Project.

The Gratitude Project is a 30 day initiative in the month of October to inspire people to live grateful lives that make our community better.

Gratitude is all about being thankful and showing appreciation for other people’s kindness.

Throughout the month, KelownaNow’s Gratitude News will feature events in Kelowna, information on gratitude and ideas on how to build it into our lives.

This year, the focus on the month-long Gratitude Project is the RCMP. To show gratitude to the RCMP, we’ll be highlighting and honoring members for their service and great work in the community.

We’ll also be shouting out some other great people and generous businesses and organizations along the way to show all the amazingness in Kelowna. What’s not to be thankful for?

By putting gratitude in the spotlight, we believe we can positively impact the community.

Comment below, what you are thankful for in Kelowna and email us at news@kelownanow.com if there are any great things we should know about.
