RCMP seek help finding missing 13-year-old girl

UPDATE: The teen has been found safe and sound. 

The RCMP is asking for the public’s help locating a missing Kelowna resident, Mackenzie Fowler, who was last seen Sept. 26.

Police say there is nothing to indicate foul play, and that they believe the 13-year-old is in the Kelowna area.

Since Fowler’s disappearance, police have followed up on several leads and possible sightings, but she remains missing.

Fowler is described as a Caucasian girl with brown hair and blue eyes, standing 5 feet 7 inches (171 cm) tall and weighing 161 pounds (73 kg).

Police say she was last seen wearing a tank top, grey tights and black shoes with grey strings.

Police and family are “very concerned” for Fowler’s health and well-being.
