Throughout October, we’ve taken a look at some amazing people and businesses in Kelowna who are working to make the city (and world) a better place through gratitude.

We shone a light on why, scientifically, gratitude is good for you, how to add it into your life and a whole host of things to be thankful for in Kelowna.

The month-long Gratitude Project wraps up today, but it doesn’t have to end there.

Gratitude is something you can implement into your daily routine. As we found out this month, many people in Kelowna do.

November is National Gratitude Month, so you can keep the good vibes going by signing up to follow along with the 30 Day Global Gratitude Challenge on the website for A Grateful Planet.

If you’ve been enjoying The Gratitude Project, feel free to repeat the Kelowna gratitude calendar a second time, or re-read the stories we’ve put together during the project.

Thank-you to everyone who participated and all the local business who made the project possible. As an organization, KelownaNow couldn’t be happier to have been part of such a positive movement.

Until next year, stay grateful!
