If you weren’t exactly jumping at the bit to start yet another new year’s resolution, KelownaNow is here to help.

We put off the promises in favour of making real and impactful lifestyle changes.

Starting January 16th, our team is taking on a 21-Day Challenge that will focus on gratefulness, positivity, exercise, kindness, healthy eating and meditation.

If you want to be part of the challenge, we’re very welcoming. In fact, the more the merrier.

You just have to sign up for the Daily Edition Newsletter.

Each day, we’ll send out a secret story (for challengers only) on that day’s challenge. You can expect challenges like journaling three great things from your day, doing a random act of kindness or being active for 30 minutes. Nothing too crazy!

As the 21 days go on, each challenge will be better and more rewarding. By the end, we promise you’ll be happy you were part of it.
