Dunn Enzies Pizza is well known for serving up great pies.
Their Facebook review page boasts 98 5-star to only three 1-star reviews.
So they were a little perplexed when they received a review claiming they forgot to cook the pizza.
"My boss called me up about a Facebook review from a guy that said he just got uncooked dough in the pizza box and I didn't know what to say," said Kate from Dunn Enzies's downtown location.
"We watch every pizza that leaves the store, so I couldn't believe it."
The story didn't end there though.
"The boss called me back later laughing and told me that the customer admitted he was just stoned and had opened the pizza upside down," said Kate, while laughing.
The Facebook reviewer may have been a little high, but he was still kind. He quickly changed the review to a full 5-stars after realizing it was his own fault.
"In my opinion, it was kinda mandatory considering there was no real reason for the 1-star."
While his excuse may have been a bit cheesy, hopefully the customer still enjoyed that pizza.
