A sweet success for Okanagan College as it becomes the first post secondary institution in North America to create its very own chocolate recipes, under the name Okanagan College Artisan Chocolate.

Monday, the College introduced a dark and milk chocolate, Okanagan Noir and Kalamalka Karamel. The recipes were created by Chef Danny Capadouca and Chef Bernard Casavant in the summer of 2016.

The chocolate will be used by students in the Pastry and Culinary Arts programs at Okanagan College, with it also being available to purchase in the College’s cafeteria.
