After another week where clouds covered the sky and snow dissipated into slush, the sun is set to make a return to Kelowna. However, Kelowna residents will likely have to wait until Wednesday.

According to the Weather Network, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday will exhibit clouds along with the possibility of rain and snow.

On Wednesday however, the Weather Network predicts that the sun will begin to show itself amidst the clouds.

From Thursday through to Sunday, the sun is expected to be out every day with the chance of being accompanied by clouds.

As well, as next week progresses, the temperature is expected to decline from a high of 7°C on Tuesday to a low of 0°C on Friday.

Although it appears unlikely that the sun will be out shining in full force, it's reassuring to know that it'll be at least making an appearance following a dreary week.
