Millennials are often depicted as lazy, entitled and narcissistic.

Ian Macrae argues that the above adjectives could describe any age group. He's written a book called Motivation and Performance: A Guide To Motivation In A Diverse Workforce and he's in Kelowna to talk about it.

MacRae is a former Kelowna Secondary School student who graduated from UBC Okanagan with a degree in psychology. He then moved to the U.K. to complete his masters in psychology and is currently working on his Ph.D.

KelownaNow sat down with MacRae to talk about the millennial stereotype.  MacCrae co-authored his latest book with Adrian Furnham and currently lives in London, England. He'll be hosting a question and answer night at Okanagan College in Kelowna on March 1st, at 4:30 p.m. Take a listen and tell us your thoughts!
