It’s time to get moving for a good cause!

GoodLife Fitness at the Kelowna Capri Centre is once again hosting Spin4Kids this weekend.

On Saturday, residents of Kelowna will tie up their sneakers and get their heart rates pumping to raise money for GoodLife Kids Foundation.

The money will go to programs that help Canadian kids access physical activity and fitness programs.

The event will feature thousands of participants on teams of up to eight taking part at over 65 community locations across the country.

In Kelowna, participants will ride spin bikes and take part in other group fitness classes including dance, strength training and yoga throughout the day. A silent auction will also take place with prizes donated by local vendors.

You can take part on March 4th from 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

Everyone is welcome. You can register on their website.
