Interior Health has updated the COVID-19 exposure list and another batch of Central Okanagan schools made the list.

According to School District 23, three more schools in the area had confirmed cases of COVID-19. This included Rose Valley Elementary, Rutland Elementary and Rutland Senior Secondary.

IH did not mention if the affected individuals were staff members or students. They have not yet specified what dates the exposures occurred.

At this point, contact tracing has begun and those who tested positive are self-isolating.

"The safety and well-being of students, families and staff remains our highest priority," wrote SD23. "Central Okanagan Public Schools will continue to implement the strict health and safety protocols and procedures that are in place so students and staff can continue to attend school as safely as possible."
