7-unit industrial warehouse coming to Airport Business Park

City council has approved a seven-unit industrial warehouse in the Airport Business Park along Highway 97.

The warehouse will offer over 15,000 square feet of industrial floor space with each unit being just over nine meters high.

City councillor Maxine DeHart called the structure the most “attractive warehouse building” she had ever seen.

Councillor Luke Stack echoed that comment, complimenting the developer for exceeding the city guidelines as opposed to meeting the minimum standard.

Gibbco Enterprises is the developer behind the project, which must be constructed within the next two years as per the development permit.
