The newest addition to retail opportunities in Kelowna is the Airport Village.

Located off of Highway 97, the Airport Village is just minutes away from UBC Okanagan, Kelowna International Airport as well as the Quails Ridge and Ellison communities, making for the perfect stop to add some shops.

Described as the “northern gateway to the city of Kelowna,” the village is still fairly new.

The single-story development area consists of three stand-alone buildings on a 3.41-acre lot.

So far the Village has five businesses including a Dairy Queen and Tim Hortons that are fully equipped with drive-thru’s, along with Kaya Sushi + Grill, Great Clips Haircuts and a Nesters Market.

A liquor store is currently being added to the complex as well.

The Village runs parallel to the Airport Business Park, where a Starbucks, Liquor Store and Four Points by Sheraton is located.

It's also across the Highway from the Kelowna International Airport.

The Airport Village is a tremendous addition to the northern part of Kelowna and we are more than excited to watch it grow!
