A Kelowna resident had an uncommon visitor yesterday morning.

Blair Husak, who lives in Crawford Estates, had a bobcat saunter through his yard. His neighbour spotted the wild cat and was able to snap a picture.

The cat didn’t stick around very long, and was just passing through, according to Husak.

Husak says his property is on the edge of the regional park, so they get plenty of wildlife in their area. He says it’s fairly uncommon to see a bobcat, and the last sighting they had was three winters ago.
