Brazilian tourist rescued from Kelowna trail after hurting ankle

A Brazilian tourist has been rescued after hurting herself on a Kelowna trail. 

Central Okanagan Search and Rescue teams helped BC Ambulance Service extract the woman from Okanagan Mountain Park. 

She had hurt her ankle on the Boulder Trail. 

The woman was flown to a waiting ambulance, COSAR said.
