City to adapt or suspend a number of services due to new provincial health orders

The City of Kelowna has announced it will be adapting or suspending a number of services in response to BC's new public health orders.

On Thursday, Dr. Bonnie Henry announced that the new orders that limit social gatherings non essential travel, exercise classes and more, will remain in effect until Dec. 7. 

Effective immediately, the following adaptations to respective services will be made in Kelowna:

Recreation & sport 

Strict maximum capacities and pre-booking systems continue to be in place for recreation facilities and programs. For more information about safety guidelines and protocols in place for sport and recreation, visit kelowna.ca/recreation.
