For the first time ever, the popular Earth to Table Vegan Market is heading outdoors.

The first outdoor market will be held at House of Rose Winery on Sept. 15, 2019 between 10 am and 2 pm.

More than 35 local, plant-based vendors will be on hand to sell healthy, cruelty free and sustainable goods.

There will also be a picnic area where guests can enjoy a glass of wine and live music on what will hopefully be a sunny day.

“We thought it would be fun to switch things up for this market and take advantage of that great Okanagan sunshine,” states Cassandra McFarland, co-founder of the market.

“We’ve partnered with one of our vendors, House of Rose Winery, to offer our attendees a really unique outdoor market experience.”

The vendors on hand will have plenty to choose from, including food, beverages, cosmetics, clothing, wine, personal care products and more.

McFarland says that the outdoor event will not only be a great opportunity to check out some amazing plant-based options the Okanagan has to offer, but to get a bit of wine tasting in too.

The Tree Huggers will be on hand all day long to provide live music, even further enhancing the experience.

Admission to the market is free, but donations will be accepted for Critteraid, a local animal rescue.
