Construction on the third and final phase of a townhome project in the Wilden community is expected to be "move-in" ready by mid-September.

The development features a mix of units that range from 2,700 to 3,500 square feet and feature a convenient 10-minute drive to downtown Kelowna along with stunning views of the Valley.

All units are also Energy Star certified and built to BC’s step four code to ensure some of the most energy-efficient homes in the Okanagan.

"The quiet strata community embedded in Wilden’s hillside features 36 semi-detached as well as two stand-alone homes," said Wilden Construction Corp, in a press release.

"These homes are up to 50% more energy-efficient and emit 65% less carbon than the average new home in BC."

Those interested in having a look at the new units are asked to swing by the Wilden showhome located 10-1349 Rocky Point Drive, which is open daily from 1-5 pm, except Fridays.
