Jack Jack is a lovable, handsome pup looking for his furever foster!!

Jack is 1-year-old, and is 50 lbs and growing! He is currently with Paws it Forward Dog Rescue in Kelowna.

He’s also spent some time with Fairfield Animal Hospital,  as he needed two big surgeries. He had a Portosystemic Shunt. His new home will need to help him to heal, including getting him weekly shots of B12. He will also be on daily meds for life. It would be helpful for his new family to live near the animal hospital, because he is unfortunately a frequent guest.

But, because he will be a Furever Foster, Paws it Forward will hold all medical rights and decisions for him (and cover the bill!).

Some things you may need to know about Jack — he’s not a picky eater but his body only responds well to a very strict vegan diet and low treat lifestyle. He is particularly fond of cucumbers.

He loves to keep things chill and hang out with the backyard. Hopefully his family will be able to give him the Okanagan dream home where he can have a doggy friend.
