Interior Savings Sunrise Rotary RibFest hits City Park for the third year

RibFest is back for another year and will be conquering City Park all weekend long. 

The event organized by the Kelowna Sunrise Rotary is known for welcoming thousands of hungry attendees to the park each year while simultaneously raising funds for local charitable organizations. 

Kicking off at 12 p.m. on Friday, RibFest boasting five of Canada's best ribbers who have been touring the country and part of the U.S. grilling up the most mouth-watering eats you can think of. 

From pulled pork, to chicken and of course, sauce-drenched ribs, attendees can sample their way across each station before deciding on their favourite. 

Not only are the ribbers dedicated to giving you a hearty meal, but always offering up some wild entertainment. From funny feuds between grillers, to chants that will have you laughing, these ribbers are vying for both your stomach and smiles approval. 

The event is more than just a place to grab lunch or dinner, as it boasts a massive line-up of great local talent gracing the stage all weekend. There is a mini vendors village and a boisterous Kids Zone that will be in full swing by Saturday afternoon. 

The event carries on until 9 p.m. tonight before returning from noon till 9 p.m. on Saturday and noon till 7 p.m. on Sunday! For the full schedule of events, click here.
