(UPDATE: Jan. 18, 2018 @10 a.m.) - Jacob Forman, who faces three charges of second-degree murder, made his second court appearance this morning at Kelowna Law Courts.
Forman made his appearance by video, where he showed little emotion. The court adjourned that the matter will be pushed back to the morning of Feb 15, 2018, where Forman will once again make an appearance by video.
An order for Forman to not have contact with several individuals was also continued by the judge this morning.

A stony-faced Jacob Forman, who faces three counts of second-degree murder, made his first appearance in court today.
He was taken into custody after the bodies of three individuals were found in a Rutland home on Bolotzky Court on Tuesday.
Forman made an appearance in court today at 2 p.m. as he was arraigned before a judge.
Glenn Verdurmen is representing Forman in this case, and he called the charges “extremely serious.”
He added that this is a very tragic situation. He says that next steps will be for him to receive disclosure from the crown, which he will review with his client. This isn’t expected to happen very quickly given the investigation taking place by police.
When asked if he knew what his client would plea, or whether there would be a psychiatric evaluation in the coming weeks, Verdurmen said he does not yet have the discretion or direction to say.
“We are at the early stages, and there's so much I need to look into for my client. It’s over for four weeks,” he said.
When asked how his client is doing mentally, he simply said he didn’t want to get too much into it, but by watching him in court today you could “pretty much see what was going on.”
Forman is expected to make his next appearance in court on Jan. 18, 2018. In the meantime, he has been ordered not to have contact with several individuals, whether directly or indirectly, as the investigation continues.
