Flowers are blooming, the birds are chirping and the Craft Culture Spring Market is back for its fourth annual spring fair!

On April 7th and 8th, over 100 talented vendors will set up booths at the Kelowna Curling Club where they will feature products ranging from pottery to gourmet foods, soaps to children’s apparel.

As the largest spring market in Kelowna, Craft Culture has something for every attendee. With new vendors popping up, shoppers will have the chance to discover new merchandise from crafters and artisans all over B.C.

“This year we will feature 40 new vendors. These businesses have never participated in Craft Culture before and have completely new and unique products to showcase,” said owner Karalyn Lockhart.

“Craft Culture has exploded in popularity this past year. We have an excellent reputation of putting on high-quality events, therefore we are attracting more and more vendors from across Canada who would love a chance to visit the Okanagan and participate in our markets,” explained Lockhart.

The two-day event will not only feature local work from crafters, but show-goers will have a chance to win over 20 handmade door prizes, as well as a grand prize package from Predator Ridge Resort valued at $750. And, there’s more! The first 50 people to show up will receive a gift bag full of vendor samples and gifts.

This is an event for everyone! All ages are welcome as there will be a designated kids area where little ones can interact with craft stations, colour and play games. The kids' area will be open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The event will kick off on Saturday, April 7th from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and carry on to Sunday, April 8th from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. General admission is $5 at the door and kids under 12 are free. Students and seniors receive a discount rate of $3 between 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
