Kelowna RCMP investigating 'suspicious' death in Glenmore area

The Kelowna RCMP are investigating after a woman’s body was found in the Glenmore area Sunday morning.

On Sunday, around 8:45 am, officers were called to a park in the 2100-block of Glenmore Road after an unidentified body was discovered.

After the initial investigation, RCMP believe the death is suspicious in nature.

Investigators have cordoned off the area and will be on scene for an undetermined period of time to collect evidence and speak to witnesses.

Kelowna RCMP are urging anyone who witnessed or has knowledge of this incident to call (250) 762-3300 to speak with an officer.

As the investigation progresses, more information may be released from RCMP once it becomes available.
