An East Kelowna family is asking for help in the safe return of their beloved family pet.

Diesel, the family dog was last seen on the morning of Monday, August 7th, before he escaped from his family’s yard through a hole in the fence.

Diesel has been missing for two weeks now, but the Fenny family have not given up hope.

The Feeny’s say that the loss of their pet has been hard for all of them, but especially difficult for their children.

Gary Feeny says that his younger daughter is devastated.

“She raised him. She gets up every single morning to take him out for a walk. He sleeps in her bed,” he says. “He’s just the sweetest dog and we just want to bring him home. He’s a member of our family.”

The family hopes that someone has found Diesel and taken him. There have been three sightings of the dog since his disappearance, the latest one being the middle of last week.

He has been spotted on Hall Rd. and then again on DeHart and Crawford. Most recently he was sighted at McCulloch Rd.

The family is willing to give a reward for his safe return home, no questions asked. If you have seen Diesel, contact the SPCA
