There will be a Jamaican Rum Party at Red Bird Brewing on Friday night.

From 6 to 11 pm, a lineup of artists will perform authentic Caribbean sounds, and the kitchen will offer a jerk chicken pizza special as well as two rum cocktail specials.

Among the musical artists featured is Mean Dawg, a vocalist hailing from Jamaica and now gracing Kelowna’s music scene.

With his soulful voice and infectious energy, Mean Dawg is known for captivating audiences and delivering unforgettable performances.

DJ Masterdon and Realvybz, both originally from Jamaica and now calling Kelowna home, will also be performing in addition to Kelowna’s DJ Thistle.

Whether you’re a fan of reggae, dancehall, soca or simply looking to indulge in a lively cultural experience, event organizers say the Jamaican Rum Party is the place to be.

There is no entry fee to the event, but guests must be 19+.
