Kelowna woman ‘extremely shaken’ after home invasion

The Kelowna RCMP is investigating a home invasion and searching for the two suspects that were involved.

According to police, a woman in her 40s called for help around 11:30 pm on Tuesday.

She reported that two unknown men had entered her apartment in the 1900 block of Pandosy Street, threatened her and damaged property before fleeing.
 

Fortunately, she was uninjured, but Cpl. Jocelyn Noseworthy said she was “extremely shaken by the incident.

“We do not believe this victim was the intended target, and the suspects may have gone to the wrong address.”

The RCMP is now searching for two men who were wearing tracksuits with hoods, gloves and non-medical masks.

No further description of the suspect was provided by police.
