UPDATE: Missing Kelowna woman found over the weekend

(UPDATE: UPDATE: Feb. 24 @ 8:30 am) - Kiana Haner-Wilk was found safe and sound over the weekend.

Police confirmed the news on Saturday afternoon and she was reported missing on Friday.

(Original story: Feb. 21 @ 10:25 am) - A Kelowna woman who was last seen leaving her home on Tuesday is now considered a missing person.

Kiana Haner-Wilk is 55 years old and may be driving a black Nissan Sentra with British Columbia licence plates 733DRW, police say.

She’s described as a 5’7”, 141 lbs Caucasian woman with blonde dyed hair and green eyes.

Haner-Wilk was last seen wearing dark jeans, light coloured runners, a jacket and glasses.

"Police are concerned for Kiana’s wellbeing," said Cst. Solana Paré.

“Her family reports that it is out of character for her to be out of contact for this long and that she may be suffering from a personal medical condition."

Anyone with information regarding Haner-Wilk’s whereabouts is urged to call their local police as soon as possible.
