If you've been living in the upper mission of Kelowna over the past four years, there is a good chance that you've seen Brent Pay walking each morning, rain or shine.

Brent walked his first mile on Feb. 10, 2014, and since then has walked four miles almost every day, while putting aside $1 for every mile to help send kids with disabilities to BC Easter Seals Camps.

On March 11, surrounded by his community, Pay walked his 5,000th mile and raised even more funds for the kids.

Friends and colleagues raised an additional $3,700 towards Brents $5,000.

"During our walk yesterday to celebrate my 5,000th mile, I realized how lucky I was to be able to spend such a truly beautiful day with so many good friends, family and colleagues,” said Brent. “Over 50 friends joined me on the walk and raising another $3,700 for Easter Seals Camp Winfield was the icing on the cake!"

Century 21 Assurance Realty Ltd. and Easter Seals BC & Yukon commend Pay on his dedication to supporting kids with disabilities and his personal and professional achievements in our community.
