The Incredible Hulk is in Kelowna!
Lou Ferrigno has decided to extend his stay in the Central Okanagan by one day and will be connecting with fans this afternoon at Kelowna Film Studios.
“Lou was already scheduled for a private event on (Thursday) and became intrigued with the area,” said Norm Coyne from Barker Street Cinema, the production company hosting the meet and greet today. “He offered to do another event so he could connect with fans and enjoy more of the city.”
Kelowna Film Studios was already in use for Santa photos today, but still jumped at the chance to host Ferrigno.
That means you can take a photo with the Hulk on a holiday-inspired set. He’ll be signing autographs as well.
“Kelowna Film Studios is honoured to host Lou Ferrigno at our studio, a man who entertained millions for generations,” said studio owner James Alton. “We hope the community enjoys this opportunity for photos, autographs and laughter.”
While he’s best known for his role as the Hulk, Ferrigno has had a lengthy and storied acting career. He also is a two-time winner of the Mr. Universe bodybuilding competition.
You will have to buy a ticket if you want to meet Ferrigno and there are only a limited number for sale.
