A Kelowna photography firm has donated thousands of dollars to a mental health charity.

The cash was raised through the Men’s Voices initiative, which highlighted the “strength and also the vulnerability” of boys and men.

It was run by Memorable and Vibrant Okanagan Photography.

Fourteen men were photographed and interviewed for the project, with the results published in a coffee table book.

There was also a fashion show, a concert and a documentary screening.

On Wednesday morning, the cheque was handed over to Foundry Kelowna.

It came to $2,164.
