The renovations are complete and the new Playtime Casino is open to the public!
Formally known as Lake City Casino, the Kelowna hotspot has recently been given a new name and facelift to better encompass the Playtime brand of being a place for a community can come together for fun and entertainment.
On Thursday afternoon, local dignitaries and Casino staff rang in the new chapter for the downtown core with a ribbion cutting ceremony and tour of the newly renovated space.
From adding a new gastropub, The Match, and reviving the popular Buffet, to rejigging the gaming floor and adding a more privatized poker area, Playtime is ready to meet the needs of every guest, new or returning.
If you're looking for something to do over the weekend, The Match will be hosting live music until Sunday and there is a ton of fun to be had at the new space.
