The streets of downtown Kelowna are buzzing with the sounds and sights of the city's Canada 150 celebrations this Saturday.

From live music happening all throughout downtown to different multicultural activities, everywhere you look people are smiling. The City of Kelowna seemed to really outdo itself this year.

The patriotic pride was palpable as attendees went all out dressed from head to toe in red and white.

Everywhere you turn there is something to see and a new activity to try. From the Folk Fest in Prospera Place featuring a number of cultural dances and ethnic cuisine booths.

To the lively street party hosted by Festivals Kelowna that features local bands, vendors tables and a huge play land for kids.

Those who head downtown this Saturday are in for hours of endless Canadian themed fun.
