Okanagan Boys & Girls Club gear up for annual Pink Shirt Day Breakfast

On February 28th, spread kindness and join the 4th annual Pink Shirt Day breakfast presented by Telus to kick off the Okanagan Boys and Girls’ Club movement. Other sponsors include Sysco Kelowna, Okanagan College Culinary Arts Team, Glitz N' Glam, McDonald', Kaleena's Cakes, Doak Shirreff Lawyers LLP, Flash and Frame Photo Booth and SW Event Technology. The event runs from 7:00 am till 9:30 am at the Laurel Packing house.

Kelowna mayor Colin Basran will be in attendance and will proclaim the day as Pink Shirt-Kindness Day.

It will also feature motivational speaker, coach and writer Beth Hanishewski who is internationally recognized. Beth will be discussing the “Resiliency in the Real World” and on how to strive with modern life.
