The Okanagan Dream Rally will return to Kelowna for its fourth year on Aug. 4.

Today, the August Family Foundation announced that some of the proceeds from the event will be donated to the KGH Foundation in support of JoeAnna’s House.

Some proceeds will still be donated to Ronald McDonald House BC/Yukon as well.

Before the Okanagan Dream Rally in 2018, a goal of raising $500,000 over three years was set, but the event managed to raise an incredible $425,000 in just one year.

“Our success from the 2018 Okanagan Dream Rally has only set our sets higher,” said Matt August, president and founder of the August Family Foundation.

“Our top priorities right now are raising half a million dollars for the Ronald McDonald House, supporting the KGH Foundation with JoeAnna’s House and increasing awareness for both of these incredible organizations.”

More than 200 exotic, sports and luxury cars will be featured in the annual Okanagan Dream Rally this August.

Children who are currently experiencing or have overcome hardship will get to ride along in those cars as co-pilots.

JoeAnna’s House is currently under construction and will be completed by the end of the year.
