Okanagan Gymnastics Centre brings home gold

The Okanagan Gymnastics Centre (OGC) gave a gold medal performance at this year's Western Canada Cup in Port Moody, B.C. 

Brett Judson from OGC competed for Team BC at the Western Canada Cup where he finished with a gold medal in the Level 4 trampoline. 

Five other athletes competed in the same event as Okanagan Gymnastics participants.  

Ethan Scott earned four medals throughout the weekend with first place in synchronized trampoline with partner, Nate Banner, and third place in Level 1 tumbling,  third place in Level 2 double mini trampoline and third place in level 3 individual trampoline.

Jacob Kochylema earned a bronze medal in the Level 2 individual trampoline event.  

Nate Banner competed in all four events offered; trampoline, double mini trampoline, tumbling and synchronized trampoline.  His best finish was first place in the level 3 synchronized trampoline event with his partner Ethan Scott.  

Isaac Sowinski’s best finish in Level 4 was seventh place on double mini trampoline.  

Ally Wyllie’s best finish was sixth place on Level 3, 14+ double mini trampoline.

Team OGC finished ninth overall on trampoline and are already gearing up for next year.
