Police investigating collision involving BC Transit bus in Kelowna

A collision involving a BC Transit bus sent several people to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries on Friday night.

The Kelowna RCMP are investigating the incident.

Officers responded to the incident at 10:15 pm, at the intersection of Dilworth Drive and Enterprise Way.

The BC Transit bus was travelling east along Enterprise Way and proceeded through the intersection when it was struck by an SUV travelling northbound.

Three passengers on the bus and both occupants of the SUV were transported to hospital as a result.

Anyone who witnessed this collision is asked to call the Kelowna RCMP at 250-250-762-3300.
