Brace yourself, ladies, because it looks like Aritzia is coming to Kelowna.
The popular women’s fashion boutique has posted multiple job listings on its website that call for applications for an ‘Orchard Park (Kelowna)’ location.
They were posted by the company just over two weeks ago.
Aritzia was unwilling to confirm the news and a representative from Orchard Park Mall said they couldn't comment.
A representative from Aritzia's head office said the company couldn't confirm the news "just yet," but would let us know "when that changes."
However, KelownaNow has received confirmation of this news from multiple people within the company who provided a timeline of ‘2020’ for the doors to open in Kelowna.
We’re unable to offer any information on when in 2020 that might be.
Aritzia was founded by Brian Hill in 1984 and its headquarters are just four hours away from Kelowna in Vancouver.
The brand operates 63 stores in Canada, which also includes TNA, Wilfred and Babaton stores, and another 21 in the United States, highlighted by a 13,000 square foot flagship location in Manhattan.
Aritzia features in-house brands like Wilfred, TNA, Babaton, Sunday Best and Community, as well as clothing from labels like Levi’s, Adidas, Herschel Supply Co., Six Eleven and more.
