A Vancouver-based Romani performance group, Róma Gry, is taking the stage at the Rotary Centre for the Arts on Jan. 29 at 6 pm.

The live music and dance show features artists from Poland, Chile, Russia, Ukraine and Belarus, and is appropriate for all ages.

Róma Gry is a non-profit group whose goal is to bring the culture, music and dance of the Romani people alive.

After the show was postponed for two years due to the pandemic, Róma Gry is “beyond happy” to be performing in Kelowna.

The group frequently performs at festivals, concerts and private functions across BC, often collaborating with local performing artists and organizers.
