The Downtown Block Party has Kelowna buzzing

Bernard Avenue is buzzing today, as thousands are flocking to the downtown core to take in the annual Downtown Kelowna Block Party.

With booths lining the avenue on either side, attendees could browse everything from food trucks to clothing vendors along with different activities to join in on all the while enjoying live music from a number of local bands.

An event that caters to all, whether you attend with your kids, friends or grandparents there are endless amounts of activities to enjoy.

From 3-on-3 basketball and rock climbing to dog agility competitions and the satellite farmers market, it is impossible to be bored while visiting downtown today.

The event is running until 4 p.m. and the weather is just right, so get on your walking shoes and soak up the sun and the Okanagan beauty downtown.
